Appointments to View Overseas Properties
We are happy to meet up with clients who wish to make their own travel arrangements. We generally require at least 2 weeks notice to arrange an appointment but they can occasionally be arranged with less.
Property Investors
It is not necessary for clients to visit a property before purchasing it and many of our investor clients regularly purchase property over the phone, after all for early opportunity investments and off-plan purchases there is no property to see. We generally recommend this approach for professional property investors
